IP68 rated, EPC Global Class 1 Gen 2

Each heavy-duty IN Tag RFID tag is highly water, chemical and shock resistant, and withstands peak temperatures up to 285°F (140°C).

UHF IN Tag discs are compatible with international standards, and can be read from up to 9.8 ft (3 m). Entire pallets of individual containers or equipment can be identified and item level status updated as articles roll through distribution and receiving points. On Metal tag versions guarantee excellent performance when mounted on metallic surfaces.

IN Tag discs come in a variety of sizes to match needs for mounting and read range performance.

The HID IN Tag 500 is an IP68 rated, mid-range, high performance,  passive UHF RFID tag for a wide range of on-metal or off-metal asset management applications.

IN Tag 500 has been certified ATEX  compliant and so is suitable for use in explosive atmospheres on oil rigs and in refineries, for example.
